95 peaks since May 1st

October Snow at the top of an extremely remote unnamed mountain in Averill Vermont. Way, way, way out where the buses don't run man. Deep in the Northeast Kingdom, not far from Canada. There was a canister at the top of the mountain where a few bushwhackers to the top of this trailless peak had signed in over the years. Pretty exciting to check out! I could hardly believe this was Vermont, it felt like remote Siberia.
A rare bird for Vermont called a Wisakedjak flew to us in this field that Renee is standing in when we went to Averill. It was a big white bird unlike anything I had ever seen before. I held my arm out like a scarecrow and sure enough, the unbashful bird landed on my arm for a few seconds! It was so cool man.
The whole family went to Salem Mass for Halloween! Here is Renee dressed as a witch walking in an old Salem Graveyard on Halloween = Spooky as hell! Yikes! I am going to make her sleep out in the garage tonight! and wear garlic around her neck.
A not-so-good photo of a Northern Saw Whet Owl which Renee and I spotted last weekend in the White Mountains. These Owls are very rarely ever seen! Eyes look extra spooky because of the flash.
Renee and I climbed Clough Mtn in the White Mountains. There were enormous intact Moose Antlers on the ground right near the canister!
Mom on top of Mt Wantastiquet during one of the most beautiful Fall sunsets EVER!
Grandma Betty and Ma at Goten for Robin's 16th birthday! Yay! They look fantastic!

Vote for Bernie!!!! (or write-in Bill Murray), Spencer.
