10 months of winter, 2 months of bad sledding

Renee and I on the chairlift with the Bigelow Peaks behind us in the distance. Had an awesome day skiing Sugarloaf in Maine. We took a family of moose home with us.
The Bigelow range from the snowfields on Sugarloaf Ski area. Maine is outrageously nice.
Renee and I climbed in zero degree weather to the summit of Mad River and then camped out at the Starks Nest cabin atop Mad River Glen Ski Area. We then got first tracks down the mountain the next morning. This is the sunrise above the Starks Nest Cabin at 5:30am. You could see Mount Washington. Amazingly beautiful!!
It's like the sky was graffitied with 1 billion pink and orange hi-liters.
Camp Bigfoot in Wilmington with Mount Snow in background. Camp woodstove comes in handy on a day like today - cold!
Day 54 skiing this year. Sunset from top of Colton Hill in Vershire Vermont. Skied to top of this and Hawkins Mountain 3-23-15.
