Completed all 46 High Peaks of the Adirondacks

At the summit of Tabletop Mountain on November 4th. I hiked all the 46ers in Six Months.
Celebrating in the 7 inches of fresh snow that was at the summit!
Now these are hiking conditions that I can get behind!!
Found this around Halloween - An old unmarked grave of a fugitive slave in Windham County who died on his way to Canada around 1840. Wow. The mystique of this is so enthralling. Buried high on a mountaintop. It was extremely difficult to locate.
Another slave grave. This one is readily visible in the village of Westminster West Cemetery. "Born a slave, a useful free woman at death." So fascinating. This was a freed slave who came to Westminster and lived a long, free life here in Vermont.
An extremely remote abandoned cemetery way out in Searsburg, Vermont. This one took a while to find. Really neat cellar holes and evidence of early colonial settlement all around.

Halloween was amazing. Renee and I went trick or treating all around Putney and scored lots of Reese's. We both put together some great costumes. Never too old for Halloween - trick or treating is awesome for all ages!!
I had my 20 Year Straight Edge Anniversary show celebration in Burlington this past Tuesday. It was a spectacular show. We raised $500 for charity to cancer patients and the turnout was incredible. I'll be posting photos from that soon!

Take care,
Plan 9 From Outer Spence
