Finished all 115 peaks, working on all the 4000' mountains in the Northeast now

I completed all 115 mountains which I had set out to do. In the past two weeks I have been driving over to Essex County, New York and begun working on bagging all 46 peaks in the Adirondacks above 4000'. Trying to become part of the Adirondack 46-ers club. I've done 7 so far, 39 to go!

I'd say the i-phone takes photos just fine. Twilight.
I hiked over 70 peaks in the past 6 months. I completed all 115 peaks above 3000' I set out to do.

The Great Range of the Adirondacks last Saturday taken from Gothics Mountain which is nearly 5000' tall. Mount Marcy, the tallest peak in New York, towers in the distance. These mountains are tall, challenging glacially-formed monsters. Steep and powerful. I gotta say, they're really beautiful and majestic. I hiked 10 hours on Saturday and covered 16 miles, and lord knows how many vertical feet. Totally exhausted by the time I got back to Burlington, my legs felt like Jell-o that had gotten run over by a Zamboni, but it was totally worth it!
