5 mountains left until I reach my goal of all 110

Hiked 4 more peaks in Vermont last weekend. It was awesome weather for backpacking. Only have 5 left until I reach my goal of 110 peaks. I've hiked to the summit of approximately 70 different mountains since September 1st!!

Sugaring season was short but sweet (pun intended)
At the summit Canister of Round Mountain.
Mom shredding the slopes on an awesome winter afternoon at Grafton Ponds
Mom and I hiked out to Little Pond in Glastenbury way out in the southern Vermont Green Mountain National Forest. Amazing views. Still snow in April. Pristine wilderness.
Last day at Mad River Glen there was plenty of warm sun and snow at the top to still be found.

Completed 13 sections of the Catamount trail this winter. At this point, I've done over 200 miles of the 300 miles ski trail that goes the length of Vermont from Mass. to Canada. I skiied a few double-sections which amounted to over 20 miles of continuous skiing in one day. That was exhausting but very rewarding and a lot of fun.

Got to love Woodford

Went to Woodford yesterday (2 towns over from our house in Wilmington) and hiked out to Little Pond in Glastenbury with Mom. Absolutely beautiful, pristine wilderness. And of course, there was fresh snow, which ruled for April 2nd.

More photos on the way,
