A couple photos, more updates coming soon
Below are two photos I had been meaning to post from when Danielle and I finished the Long Trail this past Fall all the way through Vermont - 273 Miles:
Below is Mom in full snowmobile action 1/31/11:
We'll be posting photos from our trip to Belize and Guatamala soon - we saw over 10 wild Toucans (Fruit Loops), and saw tons of caves, waterfalls and Mayan ruins. Went snorkeling, hiking in National Parks, and did a lot of swimming. It was a real adventurous trip and the best one we've ever taken (along with Yellowstone).
Been doing a lot of snowmobiling and skiing - especially with all the snow we've had in January. Took Mom snowmobiling on Sunday - She did awesome. She was a bit afraid at first. I went super slow, then as she got used to it, we were able to go a steady pace. It was awesome scenery with all the fresh snow. We went from the top of Hogback (where we parked) to Whitingham and then through Halifax and back to Hogback - 21 miles round trip. Nice job Mom!! Check out the photo of Mom in action above. Just minutes before this photo was taken she had encountered a Yeti and beat it up.
