HALLOWEEN

Check out this mammoth pre-historic gargantuan moose that I met in the woods behind our house. I was out hiking trails after a fresh fall snow storm on Hogback Mountain, only about 1/2 mile from our front door when I encountered Bullwinkle here. This thing was seriously ridiculously big like 7 feet tall and 1200 pounds big. It didn't go anywhere and in fact stuck around so I could get three photos with my cell phone camera. It knew it was bigger than me and could kick my ass. It was the predator and I was the prey if I got too close. This thing was a house. It took up like the equivalent of 5 parking spots. Photos don't do it justice. My neck hurt from looking up at it once it stood up. I think this actually might have been a dynasaur that was impersonating a moose. When it stood up, it hit its head on a cloud. Nice Sunday afternoon nature suprise, check out the photos...

Some photos from around Halloween below....

This weekend was super nice out so I got a few shots around our house while Danielle and I were raking up the fall leaves - including the view of Mount Snow from our land behind our house, the Sugarhouse, etc...Check it out.
Can't wait for Jim and Sejal's wedding!!
